The Merchant Portal configuration steps are as follows:
Configure the relevant Transaction Manager
The relevant Transaction Manager Configurations (i.e. B24EPS, BASE24, CONNEX, IST and POSTILION) of the Monitoring Server must be configured to populate the required data in the MerchantTransactionSummary Record.
The following Associates must be added for the Merchant Portal Display to function:
Configure the Transaction Surveillance
The MRCHTXN record will be populated by configuring Transaction Surveillance.

Customize the dashboard to be presented to Customers
Two displays are included with the packaging for the Merchant Portal solution. These displays are offered as a starting point for customers to produce displays tailored to the specific needs of their customers.
The 'MerchantPortal' display is the landing page that customers arrive at. The 'Transaction Details for Store' display is reached from a drill-down in 'MerchantPortal'. We suggest that you make copies of these displays before editing them. If other names are chosen for the displays, make sure that the homepage specified in Role Based Security is the same as the chosen name.
The following pages describe the process of creating and modifying displays, publishing them to the web server and best practices for creating views within displays that will optimize the scalability of the solution.
