Web Application Reports for Skype for Business

A range of pre-packaged reports are provided for Skype for Business data. Reports are available through the Web Application and the Windows Client. Data is replayed from the various Databases for Skype for Business which need to be running on the Monitoring Server.

Web Application

Click on the Reports button on the toolbar to open the Reports Central page. For further details of how to utilize these reports see Web Application Reporting.

The following reports are provided:

  • Voice Quality - MOS
    Number and percentage of voice streams categorized as Good, Fair, Poor or Unacceptable in terms of MOS score.

  • Voice Quality - Jitter
    Number and percentage of voice streams categorized as Good, Fair, Poor or Unacceptable in terms of Jitter.

  • Voice Quality - Packet Loss
    Number and percentage of voice streams categorized as Good, Fair, Poor or Unacceptable in terms of Packet Loss.

  • Voice Quality - Latency
    Number and percentage of voice streams categorized as Good, Fair, Poor or Unacceptable in terms of Latency.

  • Video Quality
    Number and percentage of video streams categorized as Good, Fair, Poor or Unacceptable in terms of latency score.

  • Call Overview
    Calls broken down by type (Number of Internal (within cluster), transit (within organization), inbound (from external source) and outbound calls completed) and front-end server load for attempted calls.

  • Server Performance Summary
    CPU and memory utilization, paging, disk IO and free disk space percentage.

  • Server Performance Summary Legacy
    CPU and memory utilization, paging, disk IO and free disk space percentage for Monitoring Servers running a version of Prognosis prior to 10.0.

Windows Client

The Reports Display provides access to the following report. This Display is accessed by clicking on the Reports link at the top of the Skype Site Overview Display.

The following reports are provided:

  • Voice Quality
    Voice quality from audio streams including conference calls.

  • Call Statistics
    Call Details Records (CDRs) from session details including conference calls.

  • Server Statistics
    Server statistics from Skype servers.

  • Video Quality
    Video quality from video streams including conference calls.
