Configuration for Cisco Webex

In order to monitor Cisco Webex, the following setup and configuration tasks need to be completed before data is collected, analyzed and reported.

Ensure that all Cisco Webex Prerequisites have been established

The solution will require the following platforms to be configured:

• IR Cloud, to collect raw data from Cisco WebexTeams
• Monitoring Server, to retrieve data from the cloud to provide analysis and reporting
