Web Application Reports for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

A range of pre-packaged reports are provided for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CUCCX) data. Reports are available through the Web Application and the Windows Client. Data is replayed from the various Databases for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express which need to be running on the Monitoring Server.

Reports can be accessed from either user interface as follows:

Web Application:

From the Web Application click on the Reports button on the toolbar to open the Reports Central page. For further details of how to utilize these reports see Web Application Reporting.

The following report is provided:

  • Server Performance
    CPU and memory resource usage of servers within the cluster.

Windows Client:

The Cisco UCCX Reports Central Display provides access to the following report. This Display is accessed by clicking on the Reports link at the top of the Cisco UCCX Overview Display .

The following report is provided:

  • CPU and Memory Usage
    CPU busy percentage and memory usage.
