Web Application Reports for Cisco Meeting Server

A range of pre-packaged reports for Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) data are provided through the Web Application. Data is replayed from the various Databases for Cisco Meeting Server which need to be running on the Monitoring Server.

Reports can be accessed from the Web Application, click on the Reports button on the toolbar to open the Reports Central page. Under the Cisco Meeting Servers section, the following reports will be shown. For further details of how to utilize these reports see Web Application Reporting.

The following reports are provided:

  • System Status
    Provides media load, audio/video bitrate and active call leg count information.
  • Active Recordings and Streams
    Provides the active number of recordings and streams within the cluster.

  • Component Status
    Status overview report for Recorders, Streams, Turn Servers and Web Bridges.

  • Calls by Type
    Provides a count of calls by call type.

  • Call Legs by Subtype
    Provides a count of call legs by subtype.

  • Call Legs by Release Cause
    Provides a count of call legs by release cause (end reason).

  • Call Legs by Alarms
    Provides a count of call legs by whether alarms have triggered for the call leg.
