Web Application Reports for Avaya Aura System/Session Manager

A range of pre-packaged reports for Avaya Aura System and Session Manager data are provided. Data is replayed from the various databases which need to be running on the Monitoring Server.

Reports can be accessed from either of the user interfaces as follows:

Web Application:

From the Web Application click on the Reports button on the toolbar to open the Reports Central page. Under the Avaya Aura section, the following System and Session Manager reports will be shown. For further details of how to generate these reports please refer to the Web Application Reporting topic.

  • Calls Completed by System Manager

  • Calls Completed by Session Manager

Windows Client

The System/Session Manager Reports Display provides access to the following reports. This Display is accessed by clicking on the Reports link at the top of the System Manager or Session Manager Displays.

  • System Manager Call Summary

  • Session Manager Call Summary
