Monitoring Avaya Aura Call Center Elite Data

Collaborate includes a range of pre-packaged Displays for Avaya Aura Communication Manager data monitoring. When the Avaya environment is set up for Avaya Aura Call Center Elite, and the applicable Avaya CCE monitoring license has been obtained, the Avaya PBX Display will include the option to monitor 'Agents'. Selecting the 'Agents' option will show the Avaya Call Center Elite agent data.
