Create a Publishing Profile

To create a report publishing profile use the following steps:

Click the Add button that is adjacent to the Profiles field.

Enter the new profile name into the pop-up dialog box.

When complete, click the OK button.

The new profile name will now appear in the 'Profiles' field, now select the required report parameters from the options underneath:

a) Schedule Type - How often is the report data collected:

b) Schedule Options - When is the report data collected:

c) Aging Options - How long is the report data kept for: Report snapshots can be kept for any length of time restricted only by the amount of disk space available.

If the number of days is reduced any existing reports outside of the new period will be irrevocably deleted from disk. Report snapshot files should not be deleted manually. If a profile is deleted, the snapshots associated are not deleted until they age according to the time that was set for that profile.

When finished click the Save button.

The Web Reports Configuration page will now be re-displayed with the new profile name included in  the Profile list.
