The NonStop Server Overview Display is used to monitor the operations of a specific HPE NonStop node. It provides a summary of operating data which is helpful in determining the status and capacity of the machine.
This Display is accessed from the Welcome to Prognosis for NonStop Systems Display by clicking on the required HPE NonStop node name in the Servers window.
The NonStop Server Overview Display contains the following windows:
The Server Navigation window contains a list of links that provide access to Displays for the product range. The actual links Displayed in this window will vary depending upon the products that this particular server is licensed for. Clicking on one of these links will open a further Display that will provide data for the selected product. Details about each of these Displays are covered in the Product topics in this User Guide.
Max & Avg CPU Busy
This line graph shows both the maximum and average percentages of the refresh interval time that the CPU was busy.
Max & Avg Memory Used
This line graph shows both the maximum and average percentages of the total memory being used in this CPU.
Max & Avg Disk Busy
This line graph shows both the maximum and average percentages of the interval time that the Disk was busy.
10 Busiest Processes
This table shows a list of the top 10 busiest processes currently running on this node. It includes the Process ID (PID), the executable filename (Object), the percentage of the interval time that the CPU was busy with this process (Busy%) and the amount of memory in MB used by the process (Mem). Clicking on an item in the PID column will open the Details of a Process Display which shows detailed information for the selected PID. Clicking on an object name will open the Perf Utilization Summary Display which provides detailed information about all instances of the selected process.
This table shows a list of the last 50 alerts raised for this node. Drilling-down on an ID number will open the associated Problem Details Display which will provide further information about the nature of the alert.
This window shows a list of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This list is dynamic and can change depending upon the products that are licensed on this machine and the amount of data received, applications will not be shown when KPI data is zero. Drill-downs on these items will open various Displays that provide specific information about the particular application. This window can be customized to meet specific requirements.
